The last few weeks have found me studying my way through the final push of graduate school, surrounded by half-filled resupply boxes and homemade date bars. Ross has been tirelessly dehydrating and packaging meals in between finishing up his online Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate Program and earning a few extra dollars through manual labor.
Luckily, we've still got a couple of weeks to get everything together before the snow melts enough for us to safely traverse the North Cascades. Stay tuned for a more detailed update before we hit the trail!
In the meantime, check out our newly updated resources page to learn a little more about what we are so passionate. Like us on facebook to get more frequent updates on our progress. Share our blog with your friends! Lastly, don't forget that we are raising money through our hike for A Well Fed World. Learn about their mission, why they are important to us, and consider making a donation through our campaign. Pledge a penny per mile we walk - $26.56, assuming we get to Mexico, which we will, of course! Or donate $1, $5... No amount is too small.

plant-eating lifestyle, I would be so grateful for any financial contributions. Thank you!
